this iPhone was not able to download 15.200 full resolution photos and videos

Hi, i want to turn off iCloud photos and I keep receiving the message that "this iPhone was not able to download 15.200 full resolution photos and videos". I have more than 200G available of space in the phone and more than 1.8T of storage on iCloud.

I also have all the pictures in wrong order and continue seeing lots of pictures on the camera roll that I've already deleted both from the camera roll and the recently deleted album. Please help!!!

Hi 1ssmith! Thanks a lot for your reply! After several days I could download all pictures and videos and turn off iCloud. However, I still have all the deleted and duplicated pictures in my phone. Do you know how can I go back to what I had before turning it on? They are really tons of pictures to delete and doing it manually will take several weeks.

Thanks a lot again :)

Hey florencia96

We see you're having an issue with downloading full resolution photos and videos to your iPhone. First thing to check is that you're connected a reliable Wi-Fi network and Low Power Mode isn't enabled: Use Low Power Mode to save battery life on your iPhone Having Low Power Mode enabled could temporarily pause iCloud Photos.

If issue persists, make sure "Download and Keep Originals" is enabled in Settings > [your name] > iCloud > Photos. Afterward, restart the iPhone, and connect it to a power source.

Let us know if any of this helps. Take care.
