I bought PicsArt Annual Free Trial (Trial was 1 month) and I immediately cancelled it because it said I can keep the subscription until the trial ends but I was charged all my Apple credit (I had 112 SAR left).

I bought PicsArt Annual Free Trial (Trial was 1 month) and I immediately cancelled it because it said I can keep the subscription until the trial ends but I was charged all my Apple credit (I had 112 SAR left).

It said that it was 192 SAR every year. On the report a problem page, i can’t find the PicsArt Gold Subscription to refund. I really want to get a refund. Also will I be charged the remaining money if i get more Apple Credit? Once again, I really want a refund.

Make sure that the subscription is canceled properly.
