corespeechd process sending data even with Siri disabled.

Macbook Air, Big Sur v11.3.1.


I have Ask Siri turned OFF.


I also have keyboard dictation turned OFF.


Despite this, 1. the microphone is still clearly registering my voice, and 2. corespeechd is still sending packets.


Other than removing all apps that have access to the internal microphone(s), is there a way to turn it OFF?

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 11.3
