Hbo max download limit error

I downloaded 30 movies and episodes so my limit already was reached. When I tried to play one of them offline the app kept crashing. I followed the hbo max troubleshoot methods and deleted the app. When I re-installed it, all of the downloads were gone. When I tried to re download them, hbo gave me an error saying I reached the limit. I went to my iPhone storage to see if the downloads were saves there but they weren’t. I only downloaded content on 1 of my devices so I know it wouldn’t be anywhere else. Anyone have a similar issue cause I doubt apple or hbo will be able help.
