HP Smart scanner function not working since upgrade to Big Sur 11.3.1

Any solution for scanner function - HP Smart shows printer (HP DeskJet Pro 8610) offline.

Scanner Not Found Upgraded to Big Sur today, finally, didn't fail. Uninstalled HP Smart, re-installed HP Smart. Followed some of the suggestions here previously. STILL won't find the scanner, says it's not found, etc. When I go to HP Support and enter my HP LaserJet Pro MFP M26nw model - and the 11.4 Big Sur - it doesn't recognize the upgrade. Only goes to 11.2. SO frustrating. Jeesh. Calling HP again, he gave me a direct line to see what's what. /Michael.

HP Smart app to solve HP Envy 100 scanning problem? My printer HP Envy 100 D410 functions well with Mac OS Catalina as a printer - but the scanning function is not operative. I have downloaded the HP Smart app recommended by HP as a tool but am hesitant to use it. Any advice?

Have you checked with the HP Support site to see if there is a newer updated driver for this AIO printer that is compatible with the latest release of macOS Big Sur?
