What is this app? It doesn’t open and can’t delete

Hi everyone,

I just noticed this icon/app appear on my home but I’m not sure what it is. When I click it, it doesn’t open. When I try to delete it then only the ‘edit homescreen’ option comes up. TIA for the help

Probably you have changed Country / Region in your Apple ID.

Restart the device. That's it.
Still not solved --> Force restart iPhone - Apple Support

Thank you, it had disappeared after restarting my phone. I was just worried it might have been malware
