Email Profile Photo

I setup AOL email on my laptop and chose a profile picture. I then setup the account on my iPhone and iPad, however the profile photo did not carry over -- it is a different photo. I deleted the account on both my iPhone and iPad and started over with no luck. I have no clue where the photo is coming from (it is not in my camera roll) and I cannot figure out how to change it.
