unable to set up apple watch on a different Apple Watch
My husband up graded ( I phone) so, I had a older one / he gave me his older one when he upgraded / I am unable to connect my Watch to it ..

unpair the Apple Watch from the original iPhone then you should be able to pair it to your phone
