iTunes error 4013

Hi,


After updating my iphone 8 to ios 14.5, my phone started having issues and yesterday it went completely blank.


I have connected to my PC and my phone is recognised as "apple recovery (iboot) usb composite device".

I then opened itunes and my iphone is being asked to restore. However, during the process an error message comes up (4013) and the process stops.


I have the latest iTunes installed, I have reinstalled iTunes on more than 3 occasions, I have restarted my PC on several locations, I have detached and reattached the usb cable using different ports however no luck.


Does anyone know what else I can do? My phone is unresponsive and on the black screen.
