I can't sync my iPhone to the new MacBook, it removed all my music playlist from my iPhone

I tried to sync my iPhone and hopefully to transfer my data to my new MacBook, but it removed my all music play list

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 11.3

Music sync is from computer to iPhone only, so you need to transfer your iTunes music library from your old computer to your new computer first→Back up and restore your iTunes library on your PC - Apple Support
