My wifi option for iPhone 8plus is greyed out. I did a network reset and still nothing. I did a settings reset and still nothing. I did a factory reset and still nothing. Now I am not able to sync my iCloud info to the phone. I need help!

It sounds like you are off to a great start troubleshooting. Since the resets haven't solved the issue, the next step would be to make sure your iOS software is up to date: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support.
