Grey spot on left top corner iphone 11

After i update to ios 14.5 yesterday,I got the grey spot on top left corner of my screen. But last night i decide to turn off the phone for 6 hour. Its gone but the grey spot slowly build up again by the time. Is it screen faulty or what? This phone warranty already expired :( its too expensive to replace here in my country.

We can't diagnose this from our living rooms. You'll need to schedule an appointment at your Apple Store Genius Bar or Apple Authorized Service Provider for evaluation.
