Hi! I have a pair of first generation AirPods that were working fine before the latest firmware 6.8.8 came out. After that firmware update my AirPods have started disconnecting frequently. The left one disconnects after a minute of use and the right one disconnects after 15 minutes of use. None of the solutions provided online works for me. Any help on this issue would be great.

Maybe you need to get your batteries replaced. I am sure you have tried to reset your airpods and repair them. Try one more thing before you take them to a apple store. Try do a hard reset on your iphone and see if it works

Just press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons simultaneously for at least 10 seconds, until you see the Apple logo. You can let go of both buttons after the Apple logo appears.
Your phone will go through the usual process of starting up.
You'll be back in your home screen.
