Bluetooth mouse cant work on bootcamp

The windows bluetooth cant detect my wireless mouse, so i decided to connect the mouse usb stick via an adapter. When i connect the mouse to the adapter, it says that the mouse is connected and ready to go but when i move the mouse, the cursor doesnt move.

If it is paired on the macOS side, but does not work when you switch,


  • can you shutdown your Mac when in macOS completely,
  • reboot and hold Alt/Option and select Windows,
  • check if the mouse will connect?


Also, you can look at https://www.nirsoft.net/utils/bluetooth_viewer.html . It may provide a bit more information than what Windows can provide. You may also want to check Windows event logs.
