Hello I installed a fan control app, Macs fan control and it made my iMac go a lot louder , I haven't had any problems with overheating before it was running fan only when I was playing some games but, when I was just browsing web or stuff like that it was completely silent and now its constantly running the fan. I deinstalled the app and I shut down my iMac unplugged the power cable but nothing still changed, can someone tell me how can I get rid of it?

Did you check with Macs Fan Control to see how to properly uninstall their app? According to their website, you should only need to drag their app to the Trash to remove it; however, it may be possible that it could leave residual files on your Mac.
AFAIK, in addition to the Macs Fan Control app itself, it only installs a single preferences (aka, plist) file, called "com.crystalidea.macsfancontrol." Having this plist file present should not have any affect if the app has been properly deleted.
Your next option would be to reset your Mac's SMC to see if that will stop the fans from running full speed.
