On trying to run "fix it" on my Micro SD card through disk utility, i get the following messages:

How do I fix this and save all my data?

Sometimes it is necessary to run the Disk Utility repair a number of times until you get an OK at the end of the report. You have said nothing about why you needed to run Disk Utility. What is the problem?
