I have Installed catalina and Airplay display occasionally in the top of display and when clicked on displays airplay Off then Airplay looking for TV. I dont use Airplay and would like to prevent it from looking a non existent TV.

The Apple TV icon and also the WiFi icon (try it also!) in the menu bar when clicked on show briefly "looking for ..." or "scanning for ..." That is because the MacOS assumes that if someone clicks on the icon it should check for available devices to connect to, but it is very brief and uses essentially no system resources. This behavior is built in to the MacOS and there is no option to turn it off. But it has essentially zero effect and is not something to be concerned about. If even this infinitesimal use of computer resources bothers you, simply don't click on those icons, then the "looking for ..." or "scanning for ..." will never happen.

The information you provided shows that all versions of installation must go to Apple to Download the O.S. so they are all essentialy the same with the difference being installing to an external device or selecting to erase the disk.

My concern is still why airplay activated on a clean O.S. install on the top menu and I could not turn it off and why after an another O.S. install it no longer appeared.

Common causes for the menu icon not showing:

  • Network configuration incorrect -- target device [e.g. Apple TV] for AIrPlay and Mac must be on same network
  • Need WiFi turned on for both the Mac and the Apple TV, or they must be connected to the same router
  • WiFi interference
  • No target device [e.g. Apple TV] to AirPlay to is turned on nor visible/detectable
  • Apple TV is on network but AirPlay is not enabled on the Apple TV
  • Need to turn on "Automatically allow signed software to receive incoming connections" in Firewall
  • Mangled or corrupt MacOS install or AirPlay TVOS install

If there is no AppleTV or AirPlay capable device on your network or properly configured on your network, or your OS is not installed properly (or maybe if you have made custom changes to the OS like the time you boasted about removing Safari as you once indicated you had done -- was that you?), it might not show up.
