Is this anything to do with iOS 14? Started happening October time 2020. Anyone else receiving notification sounds which you can’t attribute to any app? Already checked app are set to sounds and banners and badges. the noise I have heard is the default “note” tone which isn’t my text tone. iPhone 11

It sounds like you're receiving notifications but can't determine what is causing them, and we're happy to help. Is your iOS software up to date? You can follow these instructions to update: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Not that I know of for the timings. I always have the latest iOS software up to date

It was happening a couple of months ago. I don’t think my apps were up to date.. can that cause ghost notification sounds from apps such as what’s app and Facebook messenger ?
thanks! Could it be a double notification/ delayed sound? I’ve noticed the fb messenger alert noise I hear is Just after I’ve been sending and receiving messages.
