Macbook Pro Keyboard Backlight Not Working

My keyboard doesn't light up at all the moment I log into my mac. When I go into settings, the keyboard brightness options don't even exist anymore. Additionally, using the control center, touch bar, and etc has no effect on it as well. The control center just automatically drags it back to 0. However, if I restart it, the keyboard will light up again on the login screen. But once I log in, it shuts off again.

I've already tried SMC reset, safe mode, and etc. Any idea on how to fix it?

Thanks.

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 11.3

Could be a reason to schedule appointment for inspection and estimate

should there be an actual defect; or perhaps a different re-set process

remains untested that could restore this function.

Three main ideas seem to be primarily 'the boilerplate' response:

Method 1: Manually adjusting the backlight on MacBook

Method 2: Adjusting the MacBook Position

Method 3: MacBook Backlight Still Not Responding
