Bootcamp not appearing in Startup Disk Manager - GPT must be corrected to match the MBR

Run (do not enter text like this)

sudo gdisk /dev/disk0

p (print)

t (change type)

3 (... of partition 3)

0700 (... to NTFS)

p (print)

w (write)

y (confirm)

q (quit, if necessary)

Reboot and test.

If you notice, the GPT output now and the previous one in OP is different. This is not HFS+, it should be APFS.

Run

diskutil unmountDisk disk0

gpt remove -i 2 /dev/disk0

diskutil unmountDisk disk0

gpt add -i 2 -b 409640 -s 732226544 -t 7C3457EF-0000-11AA-AA11-00306543ECAC /dev/disk0

and check that GPT1/2 are the same as what you posted in OP.

Run

diskutil repairDisk disk0

Reboot and test if macOS will boot.

Use BC Assistant, and click on Remove/Restore. Re-run BCA and create a partition of the size you want and re-install Windows.

Looks good. You should now have your full disk space back. If you need to, you can run BCA, and install Windows using the desired Windows partition size.

It should be shown as NTFS, not FAT12. Your GPT3 entry, not the MBR are incorrect. Do you have GPT FDisk installed?

If you are successfully booted in macOS, that is a good sign.

Since BCA removed the partition, you have free space. Run

diskutil apfs resizeContainer disk1 0g

and post the output.

• Are you able to see Windows files in macOS Finder?
• Does Windows show up in System Preference -> Startup Disks? If you select it, does Windows boot?

Startup Disks will not show any partitions that are not controlled by the Apple driver. Can you temporarily uninstall NTFS for MAC and test?
