After you erased the computer did you reinstall the OS or restore from a backup?

Are you trying to log in using your user password? If you erased the computer, have you gone through the steps to set if up again?
I cannot go through any steps because I can’t log back in. I have tried my Mac user password and my Apple ID password. It will not show any messages of incorrect password nor anything, the second I press enter I will just go back to this log in interface that I have Never have seen before
