Deleted Daemon Files and Blocked Safari

So today while I was at high school, my safari wouldn't open any websites. It would be understandable (because of firewalls) if it wasn't because of the fact that I was the only one with that issue. Idk if it could be related to the type of microchip (M1) it has?

So, I basically asked for help and searched on the internet through a friend's Mac, and it said to download CleanMyMac app, so I did. Basically what happened, is that after doing a scan, it found 6 "dangerous" files, of which I deleted 3, and the other 3 were not available to delete, they were Launch Daemons. Silly me, I kept trying and found the way to delete them. However, I've been reading about them because the problem persisted, and some people say they are important. Might as well add, that yesterday I didn't have this issue.

Also, after shutting off the Mac and restarting it, I redid a scan on CleanMyMac, strangely enough, now it shows 6 files again and I can't delete any, they are grouped as AdLoad and named: DeployPlatform.system / com.DeployPlatformSystem.plist / org.3881610892800872461.B3FDA015-9B0F-4673-B939-879480339025 / net.7958077948251793988.422FAF14-2F5A-4D6F-A71A-8E33195A3C7D / _5092307477975057433_ and _2315618383077908570.

The org, net and deploy platform files are under the launch daemons folder, while the other 2 are in separate ones.

Also, this only happens at the schools place, its all Gucci in my house or anywhere for the matter.

PLEASE HELP AT THIS POINT IM RECONSIDERING REMOVING EVERYTHING BUT WITH MY LUCK I´LL CRASH THE MAC

Whoever told you to install "cleanmymac" did you a great disservice.

NEVER install this or any other application that claims to "clean" or "optimize" (or similar wors) your mac.

They can seriously harm your system. You do not need to "clean" anything.

It is quite likely that using this program has caused damages.

Start by completely uninstalling, following their instructions, and don't delete anything unless you know what you're doing.

Download the free utility Etrecheck, and then post its full report here.
