I bought the MacBook Air M1 in april
I had to used Second USB port until now (didn't had any need)
but about 3 weeks ago I tried using for first time but there was not response
I contacted apple support but they told me to go to a service centre but due to current situation (pandemic) I am not able to
Does anyone Have a solution I Can try?

Then suggest plugging in the Apple Original Charger with the Apple Original USB -C cable to second USB-C Female port and test if the computer is charging. If not - suggest shutdown computer with all external Drives disconnected and leave the Lid Open. What 15 seconds and then press and HOLD the Power / Touch ID Button ( they are the same button ) for 10 seconds. Startup normal and test again.

What are you using to know the port is not working? Does the charger work in either port?
the first port is working fine for both charging and data transfer
but the second port is neither working for charging or data transfer
one port is working completely fine,
And I did try this, but the second port is still not functional. :(
At this point Find an Apple Authorized Service Provider would be the best option to have it evaluated.
Does anyone also has a totally not working usb port on new M1 MacBook air?
