when I go into settings , passwords on my XR Telles me I have 189 security risks, is this true?
when I press the wee arrow I am told to change nearly all my passwords on Website.

Yes. Apparently, you are in the habit of re-using the same password for multiple sites/services.
A breach in one of those services has potentially exposed your credentials. You should change your password on the sites indicated. Do NOT re-use passwords across multiple sites.
