Emergency Info
Currently if I put emergency info on my phone in health app, it shows up on my wife’s phone as well. It will not allow us to each have our own info. How do we fix this?
iPhone 8, iOS 14

It sounds like you are sharing the same AppleID? You may find you are sharing a lot more, like Messages.
If so then one of you needs to sign into a new AppleID which you can create in appleid.apple.com
Or preferably wipe one phone as new and set it up with the new ID.

Second one I answered in as many days, it is quite common.
If you want to share Apple apps or music one of you can invite the other to join the family in Family Sharing.
You can add each other’s phone numbers as trusted numbers in appleid.apple.com in Security to receive two factor auth verification codes in case of loss etc
Upon you suggestion I did further research and it appears you are right. Thank you, Leave it to Apple to make things once simple and convenient more difficult and less convenient..
