Second hand goes dim on all watch faces even with Always On feature Series 6 Apple Watch

Is there any way there could be an update for the Apple Watch series 6 that allows a TRUE "Always On" face feature? I purchased my Apple watch series 6 for the sole purpose that it was advertised that the clock face would always be on and visible however, it is not. For this reason, I feel like this watch was falsely advertised. I am a nursing student and will soon work in the healthcare field as a RN once I graduate and I must have a watch that has a second hand. As a student nurse I require a second hand watch regardless and thought I would be getting ahead of the game... Upon learning that the series 6 has the "Always On" feature I thought I would be able to see the second hand while taking patients vitals such as respirations or heart rate but I cannot because the second hand disappears once the watch is tilted/goes dim. Many such as myself have purchased this product due to the "Always On" feature and cannot use it to its full potential because we cannot see the second hand on faces such as the California watch face and more. Please take this update into consideration as many healthcare workers and future healthcare workers love this watch and want to use it in their profession but we NEED a second hand to do our job!

This is a user-to user forum. None here (with VERY limited exceptions) works for Apple. I suggest you let Apple know your concerns using this link:
