Battery health went down 91% in 5 months in my xr

Hi, my battery health was 95% day before yesterday ,but when i check it today it went down 91%. I bought this iphone xr in December 2020. Is it okay to have battery health 91% in 5 months Or should i worry about this? If anyone knows how to maintain my battery health please help me with some tips.
