Remote Management

Hello, yesterday I bought an iPad, today when I reset it I was asked to enter Loghin and the password of a bank in France in order to enter this iPad. please help me how can i get this remote management out. I mention that the seller from whom I bought this iPad did not inform me about this. please, if you can help me i would be very grateful.

Remote Management is set up on New iPad Pro. I purchased a new iPad Pro from Verizon directly, and am paying full price, but it has Remote Management set up for Beebe Medical Center in Delaware. Therefore, this iPad is not new and is modified, is stolen, or is refurbished and sold as new. Has anyone experienced similar? Will an iTunes reset clear this? I want my money back if not a new device.

Return it to the seller and ask for a refund.

You need full control on a device, but if it's remotely managed....
