I want a refund for a purchase that I did not make.

I want a refund for a purchase that I did not make. When on phone with your rep, she insisted that I made the purchase. If you refer to my orders page, you will see there is no item for this amount ($7.17).

Since I did not make the purchase, I do not know which device. The only Apple product I have is an IPhone.


A $7.17 charge made by Apple to my Discover Card on 4/8. Phone call yesterday with Apple, no satisfactory answer for me. They insisted I made purchase. I DID NOT.


Please refund my money. The credit can be put on my account.
