Back up your data, check your applications for compatibility, and depending on which MacBook Pro model you have, click on High Sierra or Mojave. Mojave requires it to be a 2012 or newer one.

I have a 13" 2017 MacBook Pro. Do I need to go to High Sierra first, then Mojave etc...?
