MacBook Pro that won't see a network printer.

I have a MacBook Pro that won't see a network printer. We have reinstalled drivers and BIOS, dropped and readded the printer, rest the printer, tried Airprint, no go. The Mac and printer are on the same network. If plugged into Ethernet, the Mac can ping the printer but still not print to it. It's a Canon printer and everyone else in the office can print to it. Printer has been reset as well. I'm out of ideas
