How can I make a single column narrower than the document margin?

Hello. I'm trying to adjust the width of a single column in the Invoice template and in a new document without changing the left and right margins in said documents.

In the screenshot the margin is left from the «INVOICE» text box but the body column ("Attention: Trenz Pruca…") is narrower and different from the header width.

This also happens in the Business Letter template

Also, the blue bar on top can't be selected.

If you look at the ruler left margin indicator, you will know why the Attention, etc. content is indented as it is. The Invoice text is in a text box that is outdented from that left margin setting. Company Name is in a full-width text box. The text boxes have their text wrap set to None in the Arrange panel, so they could be easily moved within the document.

The blue rule across the top of the page is a section master object, and you won't be able to change or remove it until you have done the Arrange menu > Section Masters > Make Master Objects Selectable.
