Battery health

Hi guys; finally I have not understood whether charging iphone to 100% ,(considering not let it be plugged in after reaching 100%) ,will it damage the battery health?Or do u still advise to charge it till reaching around 80-85%?🙄thank you so much

battery damage i have an iphone 8 plus, ios 13.5, i connect my phone to charge and it will disconnect and connect agin i thought that maybe it would be my charger but i’ve tried it on different chargers and it does the same thing. i’ve restarted it like twice and shut it down .my maximum capacity is at 77%. i dont know if there’s anything that can help it.

Charging to 100% will not damage the battery.
