If updated to iOS/iPadOS 14.5.1 or later, yes, your AirTags can be found with your iPhone and iPad. However, there is one caveat - in that the Precision Finding (dependent upon UWB - Ultra Wide-Band support) is only available on more recent models of iPhone.
