my new AppleTv 4K won’t complete “adjust color balance”

procedure

I am using a Samsung 50’ curve tv 2016

anybody has any suggestions what to do?

I already try everything, I also asked Apple techs and they were clueless

Anybody had any suggestions plz to share.

Apple TV color calibration not working - could not improve picture quality I’ve gone through the process of calibrating on my Apple TV HD and Samsung MU8000 4K TV (yeah I know - waiting for the new Apple TV 4K to be shipped) but once it’s read the colours, I get the notification saying “Unable to Adjust Color Balance. Apple TV could not improve your picture quality. You will get the best results if your television is in its standard, cinema or similar picture mode.” Any ideas on why it’s not working? The TV is in standard mode. Thanks.

AppleTV Color Calibration Not Working When the color calibration feature was first introduced, I used it and calibrated my TV. It looked great, too. But I recently tried to calibrate it to make sure it was still correct, and it fails. I have re-tried at least 30 times using varying distances from the TV, different positions in the rectangle, different colors in the TV menu, etc. Nothing helps. What am I doing wrong?
