IOS 14.6 HomeKit issues

I updated all my devices with IOS 14.6, and siri works randomly with Homekit to turn on or swtich off the light on all my devices .

(iPhone 12 Pro, HomePod mini, Apple TV 4k, iPad pro, macbook pro and apple watch)

My home is fully connected with homekit and now I must have to repeat several times for turn on or switch off the lights (in all rooms)

reseting or disconnect/reconnect icloud doesn't help.

Does somebody has the same problem ?

have you read my previous comments?

I explained that I tried with just one philips Hue bridge (certified homekit) and create a new home, deleted all home hub, etc...
