Unable to review my apple id

I'm stuck when entering the billing address when asked to review my apple id. It said: "Postcode may be empty, or for Dublin, please enter a one- or two- digit code, or a digit followed by a letter" I entered my proper Irish eircode and it wasn't valid??? The website mentioned I could leave the postcode box empty, so I did. Then it said I have to fill in the entire form. Without completing my account review, I can't download an app from apple store. Can someone please help me with this bug 🙏🏼 🙏🏼 🙏🏼
