Appe watch, 3rd generation new, cant update

Hello, I know you have asked this before, but the solutions posted here dont work for me.

I have this new applewatch, never been match with my iphone, Apparently it needs to be updated but is imposible because I dont see the way to conect it to the internet and doesnt allowed me to pair with my iphone because it needs to be updated first.
