Podcasts Connect: "We're setting up your account."

Hi,

I run the most popular Podcast Network in France, with 15 shows, and more than 5 million listens per month. I have been using on Podcasts Connect for 5 years.


However, now when I login to Podcasts Connect, it says "We're setting up your account." and there is zero show in my account!! I can't even submit new shows.


It's been weeks like that!


I already emailed the Apple Support but got no reply.


How can I get my shows back?


Please fix asap.

As this is a user to user forum, and the problem you have is an internal matter at Apple, I'm afraid the only advice is to contact Podcasts Support (rather than getsupport.apple.com) - https://itunespartner.apple.com/contact/?content_type=podcasts
