Mac mini M1 model - What Device Can I Use To Enable the Use of Two Monitors?

I recently bought the Mac mini M1 model and I noticed that it only has one HDMI port available. What would be the best accessory for me to use in order to split my Mac mini display between two monitors at once? I know that some people buy dongles for this. If that's the best option, what is a reliable dongle brand to buy? I'm basically just curious about what accessories others have purchased for this situation and what's worth the money.

Thanks a lot!

PS: Also, what's the best option for an overall hub for the Mac mini M1 model? I'd like to have more thunderbolt and USB ports available, but I've also noticed how some hubs come with SD card ports. I really like how some of the hubs are built to nest the Mac mini on top of them. Anyone have some suggestions here too?

I use a USB-C to HDM adapter on my primary display and a direct HDMI to HDMI 4K on my second display.

Look for a dongle that converts USB-C to HDMI 60Hz @ 4K.
