With a broken/damaged power button, you cannot even perform normal reset procedures.
Apple does NOT repair iPads. Apple ONLY does in/out of warranty device replacements.
User damage on expensive Apple devices is why you pay the extra money for two-year extended AppleCare+
With two-year AppleCare+, a replacement device for a user damaged iPad would only have cost you $50 U.S.D.
Now you need to pay a WHOLE LOT MORE CASH for the same replacement iPad.
Time to pay.
You need to get that iPad replaced.
Search online to locate and call contact your nearest, “local” Apple Store location to try/attempt to make an appointment to get your Apple iPad replaced with another iPad Air.
