having trouble downloading itunes
I need to download itunes to factory reset my son's iphone. Having trouble downloading itunes. Any alternatives?

There are no alternatives unless your Mac is running Catalina or Big Sur. If that’s the case, then you restore via the Finder since those Mac versions no longer have iTunes.
iTunes should already be on your Mac if your are running 10.12.
