How to get rid of iPhone hacking

My ex boyfriend had access to all my data. It shows numbers and messages from every social media platform I use, I want to know how to get rid of that or somehow maybe delete the bug on my phone that’s allowing him to transfer all my information

Please follow these steps:


  1. Turn on two-factor authentication for Apple ID - Apple Support
  2. Change your Apple ID password - Apple Support
  3. How to erase your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support (You should restore from a backup if you have one available)
  4. Change the passwords to all of your online accounts.
