Content being upconverted to Dolby Vision.

I am new to the Apple TV having just received the Apple TV 4K 2021 a few days ago. I am connecting this to an LG OLED77CXP. In the Apple TV settings, I am selecting 4K Dolby Vision since the TV supports all the formats. I also have Match Dynamic Range and Match Frame Rate to ON. I have noticed that all the content through YouTube TV as well as content through a SiliconDust HDHomeRun Connect 4k (used for OTA reception) are all being upconverted to Dolby Vision. I would think that since Match Dynamic Range and Frame Rate are on then the original format should be displayed. Does anyone know if I should be selecting 4K SDR instead of 4K Dolby Vision? If I do select 4K SDR will Dolby Vision content on Netflix, Apple TV+, HBO Max etc. be shown in Dolby Vision?
