now in ios 14.3 iphone, when opening certain apps, firstly a menu opens for other options before the app opens.then with a double tap the app opens.
How do i change this setting so the app opens just with one tap ??

You are holding your finger on the icon too long. Just a very brief tap is required.
Check Settings, Accessibility, Touch, Touch accommodations
to ensure you have not set up any disability helpers.
