I have Apple TV 4K 32GB (2021 version). When I try to search in YouTube app using remote and siri, it does not give results. For example: I said "Dolby Vision" and it ended up with no results. If I search the same text on web, you can imagine how many results I can get.

Looking at this article about searching with Apple TV, it looks like YouTube may not be searched. This could explain why you aren't getting results:

"To search for YouTube content, use Siri and include the word "YouTube" in your search. The Search app doesn't search YouTube."

Is your Apple TV all up-to-date? Update Apple TV software

Yes, software is up to date and tried reinstalling the Youtube app.
YouTube search works fine in FireStick and Google TV. It is just Apple TV which has a problem.
