Apple Watch green exercise ring
How come my fit 23 year old son and I can do an identical walk - he records 51 minutes exercise and I record 8. I am not as fit as him but keep up. This is really bothering me!

Thank you. I’m confused though, because my son and I walk together on our 4.5 km walk, and the disparity is so great. I almost never close the green ring, yet he always does. And he is 30 years younger, fit and healthy.
