Warning to Reset AppleID Password
I frequently receive emails from Apple warning me to reset my Apple ID password. Sometimes I receive so many that I could reset my password three times in a week or three times in a day!
Fortunately, I have always been able to access my AppleID account without any problems.
Is there anything I can do about this? I really don't want to reset my password several times in a week. How often am I supposed to reset my password??????
Below are two different types of messages that have been sent to me:
Message one:
Reset your password or unlock your Apple ID
Dear"My Name",
You recently made a request to reset your password or unlock your Apple ID. Please click the link below to continue.
Reset password or unlock Apple ID >
If you did not make this change or you believe an unauthorised person has accessed your account, you should go to iforgot.apple.com to reset your password immediately. Then sign into your Apple ID account page at https://appleid.apple.com to review and update your security settings.

Important information about your Apple ID password.
Dear "My Name",
We were unable to reset the password for your Apple ID ("MyUserName"@mac.com) because there were too many unsuccessful attempts to answer your security questions. To protect the security of your account, you will not be able to reset your password for the next eight hours.
If you didn’t make this change or if you believe an unauthorized person has accessed your account, go to iforgot.apple.com to reset your password as soon as possible. Then sign into your Apple ID account page at https://appleid.apple.com to review and update your security settings.
