Keep getting emails about password reset

Hi all,

since three days I receive several times a day an email from Apple that looks very official about my iCloud password being reset.

So I keep going on I forgot.Apple.com and Appleid.Apple.com to change it again.

if I do nothing I can’t log back using my old password.

But the very weird thing is that I have activated the multi factor Authenticator and when I change my password I have to validate using another device plus a Verification code.

But when I receive the previously said email about the password being changed I don’t have the warnings associated as if this was done silently in the background.

I have checked for viruses, and found none.

So is this some bug from Apple or does someone is trying to hack my account ?

any help would be appreciated, thanks!
