iCloud (Tasks)

I have a stray iCloud Task list that I can't find to delete.

Specifics. I'm running macOS 11.4 and iOS 14.5.1, and have logged into iCloud.com and Reminders App (Mac/iOS/iCloud.com) have one list, named "Home". Calendar App (Mac/iOS/iCloud.com) have three calendars, Home, Work, Other.

I'm using both Fantastical and BusyCal and there is an iCloud entry for a "Task" list, named Family, that is syncing between each app and I can't delete it. In BusyCal it's listed as "iCloud" and when I delete, it goes away, then comes back in a few minutes. in Fantastical is listed as "iCloud (Tasks)", whereas my Home is listed as Reminders, which makes it hard to search for support using those keyword, "iCloud (Tasks)"

Looks like it's actually Fantastical putting it there, with no option to delete it. I'll reach out to the vendor, and it does not appear an issue with iCloud. BusyCal allows you to add them too, but called them "To Do" calendars, which is also causing my confusion.
